About NoCo Radon Pros
NoCo Radon Pros helps homeowners and landlords across Northern Colorado find independent, Colorado-licensed radon testing and mitigation professionals. We cover Larimer and Weld Counties, including Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, and the surrounding towns. When you tell us your city, your situation, and your test result if you have one, we connect you with a licensed local professional who can quote and do the work.
What we do, and what we do not do
We are a referral and matching service. We do not test for radon, we do not install mitigation systems, and we do not hold a Colorado radon license. Colorado licenses the people who do that work. The license belongs to the professional you are matched with, never to us. That distinction matters, so we state it plainly: verify any contractor's license on the state DORA radon professional lookup before work begins.
Why radon matters in Northern Colorado
Larimer and Weld Counties sit in EPA Radon Zone 1, the highest radon-potential category. Most people reach out after a specific trigger: a high test result during a home sale, a lease-disclosure question under Colorado law, a new-construction question, or an elevated reading in a home they already own. Whatever the trigger, the next step is the same, a licensed professional who can measure, interpret, and mitigate.
How we are paid
NoCo Radon Pros is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with, and that fee never increases the price you pay. Read the full explanation on our how we make money page.
Where to start
If you already have a high reading, start with radon mitigation. If you still need a measurement, start with radon testing. For the rules that apply to sales and leases, read our Colorado radon law guide. You can also contact us and we will route your request to a licensed local professional.
