NoCo Radon Pros is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the professional we match you with. This fee never increases the price you pay for your project.

Being clear about this is the whole point of the page. We are a matching service, not a contractor, so we do not earn money from doing radon work. We earn a referral fee when we connect a homeowner or landlord in Northern Colorado with an independent, Colorado-licensed radon professional. The professional pays that fee. You do not.

What that means for your quote

The price a licensed professional quotes you for testing or mitigation is set by that professional, based on your home, your foundation type, and your radon reading. Our referral fee is a business arrangement between us and the professional. It is not added to your bill.
